Breathwork with Live Multi-Instrumental Music in Zürich

The live music is part of the breathing journey rather than a separate performance. Simone’s clear facilitation and Shakya’s responsive improvisation give the session a grounded, carefully held structure.

Simone Bösch guides the breathing practice from beginning to end; no previous breathwork experience is required. Shakya shapes a live multi-instrumental soundscape around the session, using cello, guitar, drums, didgeridoo and voice. Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are available at the studio.

Doors open at 18:45. The session is held in German and/or English according to participants’ needs. Eventfrog currently shows tickets available and online sales until 21:00, the event end time; this is not an advance registration deadline. Tickets include tax. The early-bird ticket is CHF 52 until 30 October; the regular ticket is CHF 60. A two-person Bring a Friend ticket costs CHF 104, or CHF 52 per person. Tickets are personalised. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. An eye mask and journal are optional. The organiser recommends arriving ten minutes early and breathing on an empty but not uncomfortably hungry stomach. If you have asthma, bring your inhaler. The organiser says this breathwork is not recommended for people with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or a history of psychosis; epilepsy; heart disease; high blood pressure; uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid disease; brain or abdominal aneurysms; detached retina or glaucoma; or during pregnancy. Contact the organiser if you have questions. Registration is binding. The organiser allows cancellation by contact up to 24 hours before the event, with a fee of half the ticket price; reimbursement is by TWINT or Swiss bank transfer. No refund is offered for later cancellation or non-attendance.
