Breathwork for Nervous-System Regulation in London
A small-group Transformational Breath workshop with clear guidance, individual support and time to settle after the working day.
Why it caught our eye
The group is limited to eight people, leaving room for individual attention, while the step-by-step format makes an unfamiliar breathing practice easier to approach.
What you can expect
A short introduction and breath analysis, a grounding meditation, 45–50 minutes of guided connected breathing, then time for questions and reflection.
Good to know before you go
The official event page lists GBP 40–50. The workshop is for adults aged 18 and over, and beginners are welcome. Mats, pillows and blankets are provided; bring water. If you have epilepsy, a heart condition or a severe psychiatric diagnosis, seek medical advice and contact the organiser before booking.
What this is
This intimate workshop introduces Transformational Breath®, a connected breathing practice guided by Muge Zorbozan. It starts with a clear explanation and observation of your usual breathing pattern before moving into a longer supported practice with breath, sound, gentle movement and optional hands-on guidance.
