Transformational Breath Workshop at Light Centre Monument
Explore conscious connected breathing with Muge Zorbozan, alongside a short meditation, sound, movement and time to rest.
Why it caught our eye
A breathing demonstration, guided practice and unhurried rest give newcomers a clear introduction to this particular breathwork method.
About this experience
Step away from a busy week for a guided breathwork practice in a small group. Muge Zorbozan introduces Transformational Breath, a method that uses a connected breathing pattern together with sound, movement and hands-on acupressure. The workshop makes room to notice your breathing and explore the practice without needing previous experience.
What you can expect
An introduction and breathing demonstration lead into a short guided meditation to set an intention. You then settle onto a mat for the guided breathwork, with sound, movement and affirmations. The session ends with ten to fifteen minutes of rest, a chance to share your experience and suggestions for practising at home.
Good to know before you go
The main programme specifies participants over 18. Mats, pillows and blankets are provided; bring water and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Consult your medical practitioner about suitability for deep breathing. The organiser asks anyone with epilepsy, heart problems or psychological conditions such as high anxiety, bipolar disorder or a personality disorder to contact info@mybreathingpath.co.uk before attending, as the practice may be unsuitable.
