Buddhist Meditation and Psychology for Stress, Restlessness and Anxiety
A 75-minute Buddhist meditation class in Dresden with practical teachings, guided reflection and five independently bookable sessions.
Why it caught our eye
The combination of clear Buddhist teaching, meditation and a choice of in-person or livestream attendance makes this a grounded introduction for people curious about working with a busy or unsettled mind.
About this experience
Explore a Buddhist perspective on stress, restlessness and anxiety in this series of 75-minute meditation classes with Gen Kelsang Lobma. Each session brings together meditation and practical teachings on how these states arise and how Buddhist practice approaches them. Tuesday sessions can be joined at the Dresden centre or by livestream; selected Sunday sessions repeat the teaching in person.
What you can expect
During each 75-minute class, Gen Kelsang Lobma introduces Buddhist ways of understanding stressed, restless and anxious thoughts, alongside meditation methods for cultivating a steadier perspective. Each date may be booked separately, and the booking page marks the class as suitable for all levels.
Good to know before you go
A single session costs €10 and also includes the earlier short meditation that evening. A €20 four-week introductory card and centre memberships are listed too. Booking helps the organiser reserve your place, but it is not compulsory. The centre is at Hoyerswerdaer Straße 23 in Dresden.
