Cacao Ceremony Mini Retreat for Women
A 5-hour women’s mini retreat in Friedrichshafen with ceremonial cacao, music, reflection and optional creative practice.
Why it caught our eye
This is a clearly structured, small-group retreat that combines ritual context, quiet reflection and optional creativity without requiring previous experience.
About this experience
Spend a Saturday stepping out of the usual pace with a guided cacao ceremony for women. Sandra Kircher introduces the cultural background of ceremonial cacao before leading a seated or reclining practice with music and carefully chosen readings. There is time to reflect quietly, and you can make a vision board, draw or write if that feels useful. The retreat closes with a shared conversation and a simple grounding exercise.
What you can expect
You will begin with an introduction to ceremonial cacao and its ritual context, then join a guided ceremony while sitting or lying down. Music and readings accompany the practice. Afterwards you may rest, journal, draw or create a vision board before an optional group exchange and closing exercise.
Good to know before you go
The fee is €72 and all creative materials are provided. Bring thick socks, your favourite cup and a blanket. The VHS booking timetable lists 10:30–15:00, while the organiser describes the finish as approximately 15:30, so allow a little extra time. The session is in German at vhs Friedrichshafen, Tagungsraum 2.
