What you can expect
Ceremonial cacao, a water-themed guided journey, voice and authentic-expression exercises, meditation, medicine songs and somatic movement. The event is held in German and English at Yoga am Fluss.

Saturday 24 October 2026, 14:00–18:00, at Yoga am Fluss, Hardturmstrasse 68A, 8005 Zürich. The regular price is CHF 120; a reduced CHF 90 rate is available, plus a processing fee. Ceremonial cacao contains stimulants and may not be suitable during pregnancy or with some heart conditions or medications.
