Women’s Drum Circle with Melinda in Lausanne

You do not need to own an instrument to take part. The invitation makes room for both playing and listening around a shared drum.

Let rhythm be a way into listening, both to yourself and to the women around you. Melinda invites you into a drum circle where you can bring your own shamanic or frame drum, an instrument with a skin stretched over a circular frame. You are equally welcome without one: listen to the sounds or join her at the large shared Mother Drum.

Explore drumming and attentive listening in a women’s circle, with rhythm as the focus for a meditative experience. The evening includes deep-drum relaxation and a gentle return with time to share. Melinda guides the gathering as a ritual facilitator and mentor for women.

Admission is CHF 40. Doors open half an hour before the session; the finish is approximate and is followed by a sharing moment. Bring your own drum if you have one. You can also attend without a drum.
