What you can expect
The day begins with Yin Yoga centred on the chakras. Participants then draw an energy card and create a personal oil roller, share thoughtfully prepared plant-based food, and close with Yoga Nidra accompanied by gongs and Alchemy Crystal Bowls. No previous experience is required.
Good to know before you go
The regular ticket costs €222 and includes a goodie bag valued at €30. The programme takes place at GrossWiesenHof in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz, is held in German and includes plant-based food. Tickets can also be purchased as a gift voucher.
