A public lecture with Venerable Chang Wu on meeting change, loss, ageing and death through a Buddhist perspective.

Why it caught our eye

What this is

Venerable Chang Wu brings a Chan Buddhist perspective to experiences that are often kept at a distance: uncertainty, loss, ageing and death. Under the theme ‘From Fear to Freedom’, the talk considers what we hold on to, why letting go can be difficult, and whether a different understanding of life and death can open more space for peace and ease.
