Come Home: connected breathwork with Hanna Feld
An evening of connected breathwork, movement, integration and heart sharing with Hanna Feld in Cologne, with clear participation requirements.
Why it caught our eye
A substantial 3-hour evening pairs the breath journey with movement, integration and sharing, giving attention to the experience around the breathing practice as well as the practice itself.
About this experience
Make time to notice what is moving in you through breath, movement and being together. In Cologne, psychologist and breathwork facilitator Hanna Feld guides Come Home, a self-exploration workshop combining conscious connected breathwork with embodiment. The emphasis is on meeting your present experience, with space to feel and share rather than a promise of personal transformation.
What you can expect
The evening includes breath, body and movement meditations, a guided connected-breath journey, time to integrate the experience and heart sharing in the group. Both newcomers and people with breathwork experience are welcome. Hanna brings more than 20 years of working with people individually and in groups. You can pause or stop an exercise; saying ‘Stop’ interrupts an interaction. Participants agree to confidentiality, respectful contact and no unsolicited advice.
