Community Class: Seva Yoga in English

Marina guides this all-levels session in her own teaching style. Yoga Nest says its community classes are taught by training graduates and team teachers, so each teacher brings a different approach. The studio team can offer modifications when needed.

Seva is the Sanskrit word for selfless service. In this community class, Yoga Nest pairs an English-language yoga practice with a simple invitation to support meaningful work beyond the studio. Everyone is welcome, and giving is always optional.
