Meditation & Inner WorkWorkshop·Online

Nature and Art Meditation with Jayme and Michelle

Explore a natural object, try intuitive scribbling and choose whether to share your reflections in a guided online workshop.

Why it caught our eye

The workshop connects two tangible ways of paying attention: looking closely at nature and following a line on paper. The indoor format makes a small natural object enough to begin.

About this experience

Let a small piece of nature become the starting point for a creative pause. Jayme Allen and Michelle Morton guide an online workshop that moves from close sensory observation to playful marks on paper, with no art or meditation experience needed.

What you can expect

Michelle begins with a Sensory Scan: a guided practice of noticing a plant, rock, shell or another natural object indoors. Jayme then leads Intuitive Scribbling, an art meditation in which drawing becomes a way to attend to the creative process. Afterwards, you can choose to share thoughts, feelings or insights from the exercises.

Good to know before you go

Bring a small natural object, paper and your preferred drawing or colouring materials, such as crayons, coloured pencils or markers. Refunds are available up to one day before the workshop.
