Connect & Play: Playful Group Yoga and Acro Yoga
A relaxed group yoga and introductory Acro Yoga session in Rheinfelden with Remy and Marco.
Why it caught our eye
The pressure-free mix of group yoga and introductory Acro Yoga makes this a sociable way to explore movement with other people.
What you can expect
Come on your own, with friends or as a small group. The practice centres on curiosity, shared movement and simple partner-based exploration rather than achievement.
Good to know before you go
Standard tickets cost CHF 35, with a CHF 30 reduced rate for students and people receiving IV or AHV benefits. Cancellations can be made online through Eversports up to 24 hours before the session. The event is in German at alinga yoga, Kaiserstrasse 6, 4310 Rheinfelden.
What this is
Remy and Marco lead a relaxed group session that combines playful yoga with a first taste of Acro Yoga. The emphasis is on meeting others, trying movements together and enjoying the practice without pressure to perform.
