Conscious Connected Breathwork in Camden

A small-group Friday evening breathwork session at Self-Retreat Studio in Camden. Niketa and David guide a trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork practice with optional acupressure and gentle bodywork, followed by grounding and optional sharing.

After an introduction to the breathing technique, you will lie down for a connected-breath session, followed by stabilisation and grounding. Acupressure and gentle touch are optional and require explicit consent; sharing afterwards is also optional.
