Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey in London
A small, trauma-informed breathwork evening with guided movement, connected breathing and time to rest and integrate.
About this experience
Brenna Duncan leads this intimate Conscious Connected Breathwork journey at Seven Sisters Sanctuary in North London. The practice is somatic and nervous-system aware, with invitations rather than pressure to produce a particular experience. The group is limited to nine people.
What you can expect
The evening begins with time to arrive, an explanation of the breath and gentle movement. Brenna then guides a connected-breathing journey with music, sound and affirmations. Optional acupressure or bodywork is offered only with consent, followed by a long rest and time to journal or share.
Good to know before you go
Tickets cost GBP 33, 44 or 55 for the same experience. Seven Sisters Sanctuary is in London N15 4NL; the full arrival details are sent in the confirmation email. Tickets are non-refundable, but a place may be transferred by emailing the organiser. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals beforehand, wear loose clothing, and bring water and an optional journal. Mats, pillows, blankets, eye pillows and bolsters are provided. A cat lives at the venue but will not enter the sanctuary, which matters for allergies. Complete the health form and contact the organiser before booking if any listed condition applies. Medical advice is recommended for heart conditions, seizures, blood-pressure-related fainting, pregnancy, serious mental-health conditions, severe or untreated PTSD, lung disease, recent major surgery, stroke, glaucoma or retinal detachment. Bring an inhaler if needed for asthma.
