A Gong Bath with Alejandro at Elaneha, Rolle
Follow a 90-minute sound journey of layered gongs, voice and flutes, with breath opening the space for attentive listening.
Why it caught our eye
The interplay of gongs, voice and flutes gives this sound bath a distinct shape. We like that the 90-minute session makes room for both fuller sound and silence, with a simple breathing opening to help everyone arrive.
About this experience
Let listening take the lead at Elaneha in Rolle. Alejandro’s Fractal Gong session begins with the breath, gathering attention before the gongs enter in layers. Pulses answer one another and harmonics overlap, creating a changing soundscape rather than a single continuous tone. Voice, flutes and other instruments join along the way. The journey moves between intensity, spaciousness and silence, inviting you to notice your own experience of the sounds. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed.
What you can expect
A breath-led opening is followed by layered gong playing, with voice, flutes and other instruments appearing through the session. The sound shifts in intensity and leaves space for quieter listening. This listing covers the Sunday, 15 November session at Elaneha, from 17:30 to 19:00.
