Cyclical Living Workshop
Get to know your cycle with a little more curiosity and care. This online workshop explores menstrual rhythms through cycle education, meditation and gentle practices that bring your attention back to your body.
Why it caught our eye
The invitation to mothers and daughters stands out. Learning about periods together offers a way to share knowledge across generations, including things you may never have been taught about your own body.
What you can expect
You’ll explore the four phases of the menstrual cycle, ways to track your cycle and ideas for adapting everyday habits around it. The workshop also discusses PMS, PMDD and approaches to hormonal wellbeing, including nutrition, hydration and lifestyle changes. Alongside the learning, there’s a guided womb connection meditation and gentle feminine embodiment practices to try and return to afterwards.
Good to know before you go
Organised by Megan Dolan, the workshop welcomes women at different stages of life, from girls beginning their periods to women in perimenopause and menopause. You can attend on your own or with your daughter. Tickets range from CAD 129.41 to CAD 214.75 and are non-refundable.
