Inner Calm and Strength: Meditation with Gen Lobma
Explore Buddhist meditation and life’s deeper questions with Gen Kelsang Lobma at Kadampa Meditation Centre Dresden.
Why it caught our eye
The chance to join a single session, with earlier ideas revisited, gives newcomers a way into the centre’s Buddhist approach.
About this experience
Take time to look beyond everyday pressures with Gen Kelsang Lobma. This talk and meditation at Kadampa Meditation Centre Dresden explores how a Buddhist spiritual practice can bring meaning to daily life.
What you can expect
Each meeting combines a talk with meditation. Each session can be attended on its own, with any background from earlier meetings briefly revisited. The Sunday meeting repeats the Tuesday topic in person.
