Connected Breathwork in Cologne with Marilen Neeten
A small-group, in-person connected-breathwork evening in Cologne, guided by Marilen Neeten.
Why it caught our eye
The evening has a thoughtful arc: an introduction, a guided breathing practice and time to share or ask questions. Participants choose their own pace and intensity.
About this experience
Make room for an evening of guided connected breathing in Cologne. Marilen Neeten leads this small-group session with a playlist, inviting each participant to choose their own pace and intensity. The gathering begins with an introduction, moves into a 60-minute guided breathwork journey, then closes with a sharing circle and questions. The format gives the evening a clear shape while leaving space for a personal experience.
What you can expect
After an introduction, Marilen guides a 60-minute connected-breathwork practice accompanied by a playlist. A sharing circle and Q&A follow. The event page describes a group of up to six and says the session will not be recorded.
