Tuesday Evening Mindfulness at Zendo am Fluss
A welcoming mindfulness practice with guided sitting, lying and walking meditation in a riverside Luzern zendo.
Why it caught our eye
This offering gives regular practitioners and people new to meditation a shared place for silence and attention, with several contemplative approaches woven into one simple weekly practice.
About this experience
Make room for stillness and regular practice at Zendo am Fluss. The MBSR-Kreis Luzern welcomes both experienced practitioners and curious newcomers to guided mindfulness meditation and mindful body practice.
What you can expect
A teacher from the MBSR-Kreis core team guides meditation while sitting, lying down and walking, alongside mindful body exercises. The practice draws on Vipassana, Metta, yoga and MBSR, and each gathering lasts up to two hours.
Good to know before you go
The organiser welcomes experienced people and curious newcomers. Participation is on a Dana/donation basis to support the room and teachers; check the organiser’s calendar for school-holiday breaks and public-holiday changes.
