Tarot and the Language of Intuition with Goddess Zee
Explore tarot symbolism and practise three-card readings in an interactive online workshop for Black women and women of African descent.
Why it caught our eye
The combination of small-group readings and discussion gives beginners a chance to try interpreting cards rather than only watching demonstrations.
About this experience
Bring your deck and curiosity to Goddess Zee’s introduction to tarot. Created for Black women and women of African descent, this workshop makes room for questions about cards, intuition, family beliefs and spiritual traditions as you learn through practice.
What you can expect
Explore tarot’s history, its difference from oracle cards, the Major and Minor Arcana and the four suits. Learn to ask meaningful questions and read a three-card spread. Give and receive readings in breakout groups of two or three, then return for shared reflection. Ethics, consent and boundaries are part of the learning.
Good to know before you go
This workshop is exclusively for Black women and women of African descent, including Afro-Indigenous, Afro-Caribbean and Afro-Latina women. No experience is needed. Bring a tarot deck, journal, pen and water or tea. A beginner’s workbook, three-card reference sheet and seven-day practice challenge are included. This is a standalone workshop within a separately bookable three-part series. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
