What you can expect
Build your own route through more than 40 sessions: yoga styles from dynamic flow to Yin, guided breathwork, kirtan (shared devotional singing), cacao, forest bathing and free movement. The programme also offers live sound while floating in the pool and guided cold-water bathing at Caumasee. These are choices, not a compulsory sequence.
Good to know before you go
Day passes cost CHF 189 with brunch and snacks, excluding dinner and spa; the non-residential four-day pass costs CHF 760 with brunch, dinner and snacks, excluding spa. Hotel packages start at CHF 872 for three days or CHF 978 for four, per person; room occupancy affects the price. Hotel payment is charged immediately and is non-refundable. Each participant needs an Eversports account and reserves sessions separately; floating sound has eight places per round. Tell the hosts about allergies at least ten days before arrival.
