What you can expect
The booking covers the complete three-day programme: Friday 13 August from 19:00 to 21:00, Saturday 14 August from 09:00 to 19:30, and Sunday 15 August from 08:30 to 19:00, all in Europe/Zurich time. Expect teaching, guided meditations, interactive exercises and case studies, with themes including present-moment awareness, mind-heart coherence, beliefs, perception and emotional energy.
Good to know before you go
The retreat is taught in English. Optional simultaneous interpretation in German, French, Spanish, Russian or Romanian costs €50 and must be added when booking. Silver tickets cost €499 for tribune seating; Gold tickets cost €599 for infield seating. VAT is included and the live checkout added no mandatory booking fee. Saturday and Sunday lunch, drinks and tea/coffee breaks are included, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Accommodation and transport are separate.
