Dynamic Yoga & Fascia Release
An English-language yoga class that begins with flowing, strength-building movement and settles into longer fascia-focused stretches, breathing and rest.
Why it caught our eye
The change of pace is the useful detail here: active spinal movement builds warmth before longer fascia-focused stretches make room to slow down.
What you can expect
The class begins with flowing, Yang-inspired yoga that mobilises the spine and builds warmth. Longer fascia-focused stretches follow, then conscious breathing, meditation and deep relaxation bring the practice to a quiet close. The class is open to all levels, and beginners are explicitly welcome.
Good to know before you go
Choose your preferred session from the date menu and register through its own Eversports link. The ordinary drop-in costs CHF 38; passes and conditional introductory offers are also shown at booking. Mats and props are provided, or you can bring your own. Tell the teacher about relevant health conditions before class. Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before the chosen session. The class takes place at Kinexis, Wattstrasse 3 in Zürich Oerlikon; the venue profile marks the space as barrier-free.
What this is
Move, stretch and slow down in one balanced practice. Ellen Cun guides an active flow and spinal mobility before the pace softens into longer, Yin-inspired stretches.
