What you can expect
Begin with an orientation and a gentle breathing introduction accompanied by Kevin’s self-made drum. Continue into 20 minutes of intensive Ecstatic Breathwork, then settle into a calm integration with sound frequencies and meditation.
Good to know before you go
Doors open at 18:30; the workshop runs from 19:00 to 20:30. Klangwald, Alte Schreinerei, Züghusstrasse 9, 9602 Bazenheid. The suggested contribution is CHF 25 to CHF 50. The venue is entered without street shoes, has no cooling and is only minimally heated, so dress for comfort. Dogs stay outside.
