Ecstatic Conscious Dance

The open format is clearly described, welcomes people trying conscious dance for the first time and offers a focused 2-hour movement experience in London.

Flomotion Dance hosts an evening of free-form conscious dance in Highgate. There is no choreography to follow: the invitation is to move in your own way, connect through rhythm and enjoy a shared dance floor before settling into a quieter close.

Expect an open dance floor, music-led free movement and a friendly group atmosphere. There are no set steps to learn, so you can follow your own energy and pace.

This in-person event is for ages 18+. Doors open at 18:45 and dancing runs from 19:00 to 21:00. The listed ticket price is £22.34. Free parking is advertised, and the organiser states that tickets are non-refundable.
