Ecstatic Dance in Zug

The evening offers a clearly held arc from grounding into expressive movement and back to rest, while leaving each participant free to follow their own pace and physical experience.

Doors open at 18:30 and close when the session begins at 19:00. After a gentle guided arrival, the music gradually builds through feel-good and more energetic rhythms. The evening ends with a relaxing Savasana integration.

No dance experience is needed. Bring a refillable water bottle and wear light, comfortable clothes; dancing can get warm. The space is alcohol-, drug- and smoke-free. Tickets cost CHF 35. Sales are final, but a ticket may be transferred or resold if you cannot attend. The event information and spoken language are German.
