Ecstatic Dance in Contact in Thun

The contact workshop gives the free-form dance a clear, grounded entry point, while the small venue and named hosts make the setting easy to understand.

The evening begins with guided contact exercises centred on mindful encounter, touch and presence. You can then carry that inspiration into an open ecstatic-dance session, moving in your own way and following your own impulses.

Admission is CHF 30 and advance registration is requested. Places are allocated in order of registration; the source lists 079 656 77 87 and marcel@herzundsinne.ch for booking. The event information is in German.

ATEMA, Marcel and Irene host an evening of embodied movement at Herzraum Thun. A playful contact workshop opens the event with attentive meeting, touch and presence, followed by space to explore freely through ecstatic dance.
