Embodied Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony with Janina
A small-group evening in Winterthur combining cacao, somatic awareness and Conscious Connected Breathwork.
Why it caught our eye
The event pairs a clearly described breathwork arc with time to arrive, integrate and close, while publishing detailed contraindications and a beginner-friendly entry point.
About this experience
Janina Schnieper opens the evening with a cacao ceremony, mindful body awareness and somatic prompts. Conscious Connected Breathwork then offers a structured way to notice emotions, feelings and intuition through the body, followed by quiet integration and a shared close.
What you can expect
Begin with cacao, body awareness and an intention, then move into connected breathing with room to follow the body’s signals. The session ends with rest, reflection and integration rather than pressure to produce a particular emotional response.
Good to know before you go
The full ticket costs CHF 99 and online cancellations are possible until 24 hours before the start. No prior experience is needed. The organiser advises against this breathwork for severe cardiovascular conditions, heart surgery or a pacemaker, high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe psychotic disorders, borderline personality disorder, glaucoma, psychotropic medication, recent surgery or pregnancy; it also advises against group breathwork for PTSD or other mental health conditions. Read the full guidance before booking and seek appropriate professional advice if unsure.
