Why it caught our eye
You don’t have to be a dancer to join this morning. With no steps to memorise, there’s room to get curious about movement and meet others in a relaxed, personal way.
What you can expect
Alliyah guides body-awareness exercises, gentle attention to the breath and movement journeys, with time for free expression and meeting other people. There are also moments to reflect on what you notice. There is no choreography to learn or right way to move, and no previous experience is needed.
Good to know before you go
A place costs CHF55, including taxes. Book through Eventfrog; spaces are limited. The workshop takes place in English. Meet at Frjz, Zürichstrasse 30, 8610 Uster. Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
