The evening runs with at least 10 participants and is capped at 20. The official registration form requires a City of Bülach account. Sportzentrum Hirslen reviews each request and sends a reservation confirmation by email, so a place is not confirmed until that message arrives. The public pages show no live remaining-capacity counter or booking deadline. The organiser states that cancellations up to five days before the evening receive a full refund; later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Event information is published in German; no separate spoken-language statement is given.
