Flying Poses and Aerial Yin Yoga with Lara
Explore yoga in a suspended fabric hammock, then slow down with floor-based Yin and rest in the fabric.
Why it caught our eye
The workshop gives equal attention to exploring the fabric and slowing the practice down. Its clear sequence offers a lively beginning and a restful finish in a group capped at ten.
About this experience
Join Lara Bühler at Mii-Ruum in Luzern for a workshop that moves between playful aerial yoga and a quieter closing practice. Aerial yoga uses a suspended fabric hammock to explore familiar poses from different angles. The later Yin practice brings you closer to the floor before a final rest in the hammock.
What you can expect
Explore a range of poses with the fabric, including upright and inverted positions. The session then slows into gentle Aerial Yin postures near the floor. Finish with Shavasana, the resting pose, supported by the hammock.
Good to know before you go
The workshop costs CHF 95. Good basic physical fitness is required; no yoga experience is needed. Places are limited to ten, with priority for participants in the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. Doors open at 09:45.
