What this is
This 30-hour training explores what happens between yoga poses and how movement can stay attentive, stable and adaptable. The programme combines anatomy and biomechanics with breath, bandhas and prana, then applies them to consent-based hands-on assists, verbal guidance, sequencing and transitions. Klara Puski leads the training with Laure Cannesson assisting.
