Trauma-Informed Practice: Body & Nervous System

A free 45-minute online introduction to trauma-informed and somatic practice with Jasmine St Cliere.

Why it caught our eye

The session combines a clear introduction, a gentle optional somatic practice and time for questions, while making participation boundaries explicit.

About this experience

A free online introduction to how stress and trauma may affect the body and nervous system. Jasmine St Cliere leads a 45-minute session for yoga teachers, therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, wellbeing professionals and others who support people.

What you can expect

The programme is divided into 15 minutes of education, 15 minutes of gentle somatic practice and 15 minutes of questions plus an introduction to Jasmine’s 150-hour practitioner training. The practical element is optional and can be approached at your own pace.

Good to know before you go

The session is free and held online in English. You will not be asked to share personal experiences of trauma. Comfortable clothing and a place to sit or move gently are suggested; a journal is optional. The session will be recorded, with a replay sent to registered attendees. Booking closes when the session begins.
