What you can expect
You will meet the same older participant around twice a month, usually at their home or nearby. Together you work through the digital tasks that matter to them, supported by induction, project guidance and peer exchange.

Help an older person use digital tools in everyday life. Tasks depend on the person’s needs, and the role involves a regular commitment.
Good to know before you go
Applicants must be 16–30 and able to commit for at least six months. Meetings are arranged directly with the older participant, usually every two weeks for one to two hours.
