From Inner Fire to Grounded Power
A San Francisco evening of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, mantra, meditation and immersive sound.
Why it caught our eye
The programme pairs an active, navel-centred Kundalini sequence with a clearly described sound palette, creating a thoughtful arc from movement and breath towards rest.
About this experience
Yvonne Wang guides a two-hour practice that moves from Kundalini Yoga, conscious breathing and mantra into meditation and a closing sound journey. The session is held in person at SF Dharma Collective.
What you can expect
The evening opens with Nabhi Kriya for Prana and Apana, combining movement, breath, mantra and focused awareness. A meditation then leads into sound from a gong, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flute, elk-hide drum and didgeridoo. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.
Good to know before you go
The session runs on Friday 23 October 2026 from 7:30 to 9:30 pm at SF Dharma Collective, 2929 24th Street, San Francisco. It is taught in English. Eventbrite currently lists tickets from $39.19 and states that refunds are not available. You may bring crystals, a pen, white paper or a journal.
