Singing Circle: Shared Polyphonic Improvisation in Zürich

The format keeps the focus on listening and creating together. There is enough structure to help newcomers join in, while every session can take a different musical direction.

A Skyvoices singing teacher guides the group through simple melodies, rhythms and improvised sounds. The circle listens closely and develops these ideas into shared polyphonic pieces. No notation, prior experience or performance goal is required.

Choose one of the available fortnightly Thursday sessions. Each circle runs from 18:00 to 19:00, with doors opening at 17:30, at Skyvoices Institut, Bucheggstrasse 144, 8057 Zürich. The fee is CHF 30 per evening and is paid in cash on site. Register by WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before your chosen session.
