Gong and Sound Bath in Angel, London
A 75-minute gong and sound bath in Angel, guided by Odette Kurland.
Why it caught our eye
The blend of gongs with bowls, chimes and hand percussion creates a wider palette than a gong-only session. The organiser also gives clear access and preparation guidance, including lift access and a practical bring-list.
What you can expect
The session is mostly still and listening-based. Bring a mat, warm blanket, cushion, water and warm layers or socks. A limited number of mats are available first come. The first-floor room has lift access.
Good to know before you go
For adults aged 18 and over. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early; the doors close with the first gong and late entry is not possible. Tickets are non-refundable, with transfers only under the organiser’s stated conditions. The organiser does not recommend gong baths during the first or final trimester of pregnancy and asks people with tinnitus or Ménière’s disease, epilepsy or sound sensitivity, implants or a pacemaker, or a serious mental-health condition to consult an appropriate health professional first.
What this is
London Gong’s Odette Kurland leads this in-person sound bath at Claremont Project. You’ll settle fully clothed on a mat beneath a blanket while gongs, bowls, chimes, drums and rattles shape the session.
