Groundwork: Nervous System Reset
A 3-hour, all-levels workshop combining hatha and yin yoga, breathwork, self-massage, harmonium vocal toning and meditation.
Why it caught our eye
We chose this session for its clear, body-led mix of movement, breath, touch, sound and meditation, and its thoughtful focus on meeting difficulty with tenderness.
About this experience
Ursula Griffiths leads this standalone three-hour workshop, themed “Tenderness Toward Difficulty.” It brings together slow, breath-led hatha yoga, long-held restorative yin postures, guided self-massage, pranayama, vocal toning with live harmonium and a closing meditation. The programme draws on yogic philosophy, polyvagal theory and the teachings of Pema Chödrön.
