Group Energy Clearing with Steena Marie

The session gives participants a clear theme and a supportive group structure for noticing patterns, reflecting and trying the facilitator’s approach.

Steena Marie leads an online group focused on noticing how control can show up in the body, relationships, thoughts and everyday behaviour. Participants can share what they are experiencing before moving through a guided energy-clearing process with coaching reflections along the way.

A 1-hour online group. Participants are invited to share how control is showing up for them; Steena then identifies emotional themes and guides the group through her energy-clearing practice, with coaching reflections as they arise.

The event is free and the organiser states that there is no sales pitch. It is described as an open, inclusive and supportive group. This is a coaching and spiritual-wellbeing practice, not medical or psychological care.
