Guided EFT tapping for overthinking with Juliana Zapp
Explore EFT tapping in a small online group, with a brief introduction, guided practice and time for questions.
Why it caught our eye
A clear theme and a small group give this introduction a practical focus, while the option to stay quiet leaves room for different ways of taking part.
About this experience
Juliana Zapp invites you to explore the thoughts, feelings and reactions that can accompany overthinking. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, a tapping practice she presents as a self-help tool. No previous experience is needed, and you can follow the session without sharing personal experiences.
What you can expect
Juliana introduces EFT, then guides the group through tapping together around the theme of overthinking. The session ends with questions and a gentle close. The group is limited to ten participants, and there is nothing to prepare beforehand.
Good to know before you go
The session is free, in English and held on Google Meet. Keep your camera on as requested by the organiser; speaking and personal sharing are voluntary. This is self-help, not individual therapy, crisis support or a substitute for medical or psychological care. Juliana’s website states that she is not a licensed psychotherapist, counsellor or medical doctor.
