Halloween Yoga, Sound Bath and Brunch by the Marina
Move with Christina Joy, settle into a sound bath with Ramona Resonance and spend a Halloween morning by the Marina del Rey waterfront.
Why it caught our eye
Two named guides bring active yoga and restful sound listening into the same waterfront morning, with brunch making room for conversation afterwards.
About this experience
Bring a costume you can stretch in and make room for movement, listening and a shared brunch by the marina. Aloni Ford hosts this dockside gathering at California Yacht Club, with Sculpt Yoga led by Christina Joy and a sound bath guided by Ramona Resonance. Sculpt Yoga offers the more active part of the morning; the sound bath gives you time to rest and listen to layers of sound. The wider gathering includes tarot, acro yoga, spa-style services, wine tasting and Duffy boat rides. There is space for a social morning around the two guided practices, with the marina as the backdrop.
What you can expect
Join the Sculpt Yoga class and sound bath, then explore the other activities and brunch. Wear a Halloween costume that lets you move comfortably. The organiser describes this as a dockside event; a yacht cruise is not promised.
