Try Handpans at Gitronik Hamburg

What stands out is the chance to compare several tunings with an instrument in your hands, with practical guidance on playing and care.

No musical background is needed. The team offers a basic introduction, first notes, simple playing techniques and ideas for free improvisation, alongside practical advice on tunings and looking after an instrument.

Choose one of the listed shop-opening visits below. You can drop in without registering; each Eventfrog page provides the practical details for that visit. Trying instruments and professional advice are free. Renting or buying is optional and priced separately. The event information is available in German and English, but a particular spoken language is not guaranteed; contact Gitronik if this matters.

Step into Gitronik’s handpan room and explore instruments from different makers and in different tunings. Listen, compare how they feel and follow your ear before deciding whether you simply want to try, rent or buy.
