Happiness Festival: Meditation, Music and Shared Singing
Join a varied evening of guided breathing and meditation with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, live music, dance and shared singing at BMW Park Munich.
Why it caught our eye
We like the room this programme makes for both guided stillness and shared music, with a meditation session at the heart of a much broader gathering.
About this experience
A meditation practice and a lively arena programme share the same evening at Happiness Festival. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar leads guided breathing and meditation, with space elsewhere in the programme for music, dance and singing together. No previous meditation experience is needed.
What you can expect
Live music opens the programme, followed by a staged yoga performance, a talk and audience questions, then guided breathing and meditation. Later come dance, a guitar ensemble, an art-contest finale and a mantra concert with songs to join in. The Connection Corners offer places to meet others, and vegetarian food is available to buy.
