Harmonium Seminar Zurich 2026
A German-language weekend in Zurich covering harmonium basics, simple melodies, chords and accompaniment for kirtan and mantra.
Why it caught our eye
The published programme is unusually specific, moving from first notes and chords to accompanying mantra recitation, with a named teacher and clear guidance for beginners.
What you can expect
The Saturday programme combines technique, melody, chords, notation and group kirtan, with a 90-minute lunch break. Sunday includes mantra accompaniment, review, a new kirtan and optional Karma Yoga. No musical experience is required. Bring your own harmonium if possible; a limited number can be rented for CHF 40.
Good to know before you go
The seminar takes place on 21–22 November 2026 at Samatvam Yogaschule Zürich, Kronenstrasse 37, 8006 Zurich. It is in German and the two-day weekend is booked as one course. Fee: CHF 229 including the practice manual; catering is not included. Registration is currently available through the organiser’s form. No registration deadline or remaining-place count is published.
