Morning Hatha with Eva in Basel
Explore a quieter Hatha practice with carefully guided postures, breathing and moments of meditation.
Why it caught our eye
The slower pace leaves room to notice how you move and where your attention rests. Clear guidance and a beginner-friendly approach make this a welcoming way to explore Hatha.
About this experience
Begin the morning with Eva at VOLTA YOGA’s Innenstadt studio. This quieter Hatha class gives time to carefully guided postures and mindful attention to alignment. Compared with Slow Vinyasa, the pace is gentler, with more seated and inverted positions alongside breathing exercises and meditation.
What you can expect
Join a 60-minute Hatha class with longer-held postures, attention to alignment, breathing exercises and meditation. Eva guides the practice in the Innenstadt studio at Aeschenvorstadt 57.
