Hatha Yoga at VOLTA YOGA St. Johann

Take time with yoga postures, breath and alignment in VOLTA YOGA’s St. Johann studio, with individually bookable classes for all levels.

Why it caught our eye

Longer holds and clear explanations make space to explore alignment, while breath and meditation give the physical practice a considered rhythm.

About this experience

A slower pace gives you room to explore a posture before moving on. These Hatha classes at VOLTA YOGA combine carefully explained physical positions with breathing exercises and meditation. Hatha here means a more measured practice, with longer holds and attention to how you place and support your body. The classes include seated postures and inversions, such as shoulder stand, within the studio’s approach to mindful practice. Beginners are welcome alongside more experienced practitioners. Helen and Nico teach the available sessions; choose the class that suits you without committing to a course.

What you can expect

Practise classic yoga postures at a steady pace, with attention to alignment, seated work, inversions, breath and meditation. Individual classes last 60 or 75 minutes.
