Hatha/Vinyasa Inspired & Sound Bath

A recurring 90-minute English-language class at Yoga Nest Zentrum, moving from Hatha and Vinyasa into meditation, pranayama and a singing-bowl savasana.

Why it caught our eye

The class has a clear movement-to-rest structure: active Hatha and Vinyasa first, followed by breathing, meditation and a longer sound-supported savasana.

About this experience

Guka leads a 90-minute class combining steady Hatha postures with more active, breath-led Vinyasa. The pace changes gradually before the session closes with meditation, pranayama and an extended savasana accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls.

What you can expect

A steady Hatha-based sequence that develops into more active Vinyasa, with attention to how breath and movement stay connected as the pace changes. The final part includes meditation, pranayama and an extended savasana with Tibetan singing bowls.
