Movement & EmbodimentClass / session·Yoga Nest Zentrum, Zürich·Recurring

Hatha Yoga

A recurring 90-minute English-language Hatha Yoga class at Yoga Nest Zentrum, combining longer-held postures with pranayama, meditation and short periods of stillness.

Why it caught our eye

The longer format gives participants time to explore alignment and notice how each posture feels, while breathwork and meditation make the session more than a physical class.

About this experience

A structured Hatha Yoga class that combines longer-held postures with breathing practices and meditation. The 90-minute session works with strength, flexibility and alignment at an unhurried pace, with short pauses of stillness throughout.

What you can expect

A structured sequence of postures held for longer periods, alongside conscious breathing and meditation. The teacher balances active work with quieter moments and offers a steady Sunday-morning practice rather than a fast-flowing class.

Working with effort and ease

The sequences are designed around a balance of stability and softness. Poses are held for longer, while breath and short pauses create space to notice alignment and attention.
