Pascal Mühlebach Yoga
Sivananda Yoga with Pascal in Kloten
A guided yoga class combining breathing exercises, classical postures and relaxation.
Why it caught our eye
The consistent sequence makes it easier to follow how breathing, postures and rest fit together.
What you can expect
Breathing exercises lead into sun salutations and twelve foundational yoga postures, followed by deep relaxation. Pascal offers precise guidance in a small group. Previous yoga experience is not required.
Good to know before you go
A single class costs CHF 36. New participants can request a one-time CHF 15 trial directly with Pascal. Book your chosen session through SportsNow; cancellation is free until four hours before class, after which the unit is deducted. Wear comfortable clothes. Mats and props are provided. Registration includes a required health questionnaire. Speak to Pascal before class about pregnancy, high blood pressure, neck concerns or injuries, particularly because the practice may include active breathing and headstand or shoulderstand. Yoga does not replace medical treatment.
